I bought the cheapest house in the best neighborhood I could afford and now the prices of homes around me are worth nearly more than R500k from the time when I bought. But back to the kitchen... I think I might have wet dreams about this - High gloss sprayed top cupboards in an off white, with Walnut veneer side panels and bottom cupboards, Zimbabwe black granite, and a Siemens 900mm gas/electric cooker and Siemens double door fridge. For the first time in my life i haven't minded saving money for something so worth while.
