Race comms mentioned they wanted a minimum of 8 minutes between groups when I met with them last week to approve the route for Carnival City. Oh the joys of having a race at the end of the summer season... learn from other's ups and downs.

I think it will make for much safer racing, as It should avoid huge merged bunches. Anyone have a wind report?
Frosty Posted January 24, 2015 Posted January 24, 2015 If we get today's conditions tomorrow, it'll be a breeze. I hear their numbers were up but no where near what this race used to be when it was a point to point race. Given the big gaps between groups, I'd think a 5-6 minute gap with smaller groups would be even better.

Looks like the rim tape had shifted a bit causing the tube to puncture every time I bombed it. Thanks to everyone that offered help or enquired if I was okay.
