DIPSLICK Posted January 23, 2015 Posted January 23, 2015 IMAGINE the worst calve cramp you have ever had, now x100 last night(sorry for the overshare) while sitting on the loo, i got what felt like a cramp on my right lower ab it actually felt like something on the inside turned over it was crazzzy sore for about 2 min, now today that area is sensitive it feels the same as the pain assosiated with a serious cramp afterwards, has anyone ever "cramped" like this it was so intense/weird like i say it felt like something turned inside, can you ab muscle pull like that for no reason

Happened to me on three different occasions. I did not moan as much as you do though.......
