Which shoes are real wide. Giro Privateers does notvdo it ad they are too narrow and toe box tapers too much.

LG shoes in 45 just fits without inner soles.

I normally wear size 10 to 11 or 43 or 44.

Any advice on this as I aldo suffer from hot foot.

Try Mavics. I searched high and low for wide shoes and found they were the best. They also offer a Maxi version that are even wider. Suplest are also an option but not as wide as the Mavics.

Looking forward to trying some Bontragers then. I've got desert duellers for trotters and have found the (old design) Spesh Sport MTB shoe to being the closest thing to comfortable I've found so far. Been through three pairs so far and they've been great.

Just in case you aren't aware, Bont and Bontrager are two different brands, so be careful if you are buying online:

Yip and Bont is in a different class. I have a pair of the Vaypor. They're the most comfortable cycling shoe I've ever slipped my feet into and that was before moulding. The Riot is a more cost effective option with the same moulding feature as its more expensive brother the Vaypor and Vaypor+

Bontrager is part of TREK. Not a fan of their products.

Sidi Sierra, they come in half sizes and have fiberglass soles although they are not very expensive they are very good quality.

I'm happy with mine and got them now nearly 9 months.

I've got the same "wide feet" problem and are very happy now with my 44,5 size.

I had the Hotfoot and wide foot thing going on and tried everything, damn I have a cupboard full that includes Northwave (didn't work). Found the best was Bontrager RXL's. Have seen Bont and heard good things about it but it is pricey.
