KZNMTB Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 Charles had a cycling accident while riding with a group near his home on Saturday. He fell into a ditch. Had a 5 hour operation late yesterday. He is in ICU.
Patchelicious Posted February 24, 2015 Author Posted February 24, 2015 Just spoke to Mandie, his operation went well, full of plates and screws though, however the surgeon (also a cyclist) says he should be ok. Yes, it was a cycling accident on the farm, he rode into an over grown ditch and went over the bars, knocked a tooth out on the stem on the way over too, shame.
