Friday - Bike Park at Constantia Uitsig

Saturday - Daddy day with the munchkin while mommy runs oceans half

Saturday PM IDT session

Sunday - Bike Park at Constantia Uitsig

Monday - Bike Park at Constantia Uitsig & IDT session in the PM

People often underestimate how much of a workout the bike park session can be...

EDIT: May just fit a short 50km road session in there to loosen the legs a bit.

See you at the bike park then. I agree, the pump track session is a really good workout.

Should be there from around 9 / 9h30 or so. I plan on being there for a while.

Cool, I am planning on being there with friends from 9:30am, I will come say hi.

I will be on a white 26r commencal, 2 sizes too small for me. I have been given it to use for the enduro this weekend.

Sweet. I'll be the one in a sparkly pink helmet and riding a scott aspect hardtail that's been converted into a jump bike. Also way too small for me...

The only section that gives me the buttclenches there is that last berm on the Blue before the looonnnggg fast downhill. the exit is off camber witht he marbles...

But that berm after that downhill before the little stream is sweeeet!!

OK....I am very intrigued.

What software is that?  Google maps but how do you get the elevation at the bottom?  And multiple paths.

Plan the route by following the roads. It adds the Km as you go and gives the summary as you see it. Haven't tried it yet for MTB.

For this specific route, I planned the entire route as one long ride - as I ride from home to the start of each club ride and back again.

And then you can export the route to various formats and following the instructions.

The cue cards are also quite useful for the backup driver, especially on a ride we're doing on Saturday with lots of turns through Joburg's southern suburbs.

Do they allow bicycles on the M7?

I thought it was a no-go after a number of accidents a few years back.
