He was to repeat the 2 week program 2 times per month. That would then equate to the 6 month training program, which is what he paid for

If Escapee, travis, Tumbleweed and Dipslick get going on this thread I am sure it will gain some traction and feature higher up the google search for him Oh well, the longer he takes to respond the worse it gets

I cannot wait for the allegations of possible doping to be introduced as well, those discussions never go off the rails and end up ranting about lance and Alberto's dodgy steak's.

When you want to pay decent money for a coach, go with the best, go with the people who build some solid athletes....Sciencetosport, Anriette Schoeman, Mariska Strauss, Phillip Buys, etc....all athletes who they work with. I was with John Wakefield for a while, that guy puts in time and effort and his stuff works, he would also make sure you know what you do and why you do it. I am sorry about your loss but there is way to many 'professional coaches' in South Africa who has training blocks that the same other coaches use...I would love to see some of his programs and compare it to mine.
