NixM Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 Surely this counts as theft/fraud. If the OP paid by credit card couldn't he get his bank to issue a merchant dispute. It's worked for me before when " goods" (train ticket in America) were not delivered to me but I had paid.
