I have yet to go but have been recommended to Deno van Heerden from BikeFit in Ballito. Just waiting for my new bike so don't have to do it twice.

You will find his details on Facebook.

Went well, Deno is great guy and assisted with every request I threw at him.

all the basics had to be adjusted. Saddle height/position by some margin, had cleat wedges added and had to get a shorter stem. And lastly I need to get a wider saddle.

Yip was too cold to try out, will do a loop around Bluff tomorrow but need about 2 weeks of riding to feel the change.

I had a few bike set ups done by Deno, I feel it was worth every cent.

For serious road riding and tri.

Don't think he is the man for MTB  or casual riding.   (in my experience)

I specifically asked him about MTB, he said yes, so I'll see. The other chap most recommended here (Clayton) has moved to NZ.

I have used them both. Clayton was a wiz at difficult setups. (He would know)

I have also used Dwane at Specialized in Waterfall with the best results.

I need to go again.

Have fun finding Duane, he jumped ship and left everyone in the dark.

Contact Leeroy at Reform Cycling, he's based in Hillcrest and does a great in-depth job.

Fit went well this morning with Deno. Several adjustments and changes made, looking forward to riding with the improved setup.
