Pain in the arse?

Yeesh I've had the worst pain in my coccyx over the last few days.

Just returning from injury now, Fizik Tundra saddle, some lekker endurance bibs, saddle straight....yet when I get off my bike I have to do it slowly as pain shoots through my hol like I had a sleepover in a community jail cell for a minor offense.

Anyone been through this, please tell me there's light at the end of this dark "tunnel" for me.

I've thought about using some of our baby's teething gel to numb it, but the minty flavor makes my eyes tear up.

Had a Tundra that came with my Anthem - most unpleasant saddle I have ever had. Had to sell the bike to my mate - loved the bike, but replaced the saddle after one ride. Never had your symptoms though!

What are your eyes doing so close to your arse?

Chances are you bruised your chommie and now it is healing slow because of all the riding. Maybe get off your bike for a few days and try again.

I got a new saddle recently that was giving me a kick in the butt... but is comfy now.

Haha why weren't you around to suggest that solution when I was coming up with my Hub name?

I've been off my bike for 2 months due to surgery.Maybe I must just get the bloody Spez Phenom and be done with it.

Get your pelvic bones measured on the Assometer, and find out what width you need. Did that on my road bike and it was much more comfortable on a 142mm than a 130mm

get your butt measured and then try for or 5 diff seats AND different seat widths of the same seat.

I know spez saddles come in at least 3 different widths for each saddle

Maybe have a look at saddle height. Too high and you have an increased sideways rocking of the pelvic girdle. Lower saddle a bit and try again.

Quite a bummer to sort out.

I just poped Phenom on my hardtail. Not a Spez fan but this saddle is king!

I cant remember if I was a Bull or a chameleon... I know my hol measured 135mm....

I was very embarrassed when they asked me to measure it instore the first time and they told me to wash the ruler when I gave it back.

All I did was sit on a little memory foam pad and then the ruler came out. Lucky they didn't ask you to use a protractor!!
