If this was the Giro I would have felt that they would be compelled to enforce it after the Porte / Clarke wheel incident. However this being the Vuelta I doubt they will do anything about it. In all honesty if it was a non-Astana rider i would probably feel the urge to say "Inform them that they did something wrong, but let it go"
