SeaBee Posted October 21, 2016 Posted October 21, 2016 I'm easy - I used my initials as my username. Even easier to identify since I ran bugger-all the entire week - my agitation levels is skyrocketing. Bit sore after the weekend and had a hectic week. Tomorrow we roll again! Cape Leopard trailrun...
Andrew Steer Posted October 21, 2016 Posted October 21, 2016 Man, I've done buggerall since I got back from Thailand... the problem with going away for two weeks, is you're two weeks behind on work and everything else - been rough all round. Should get in some runs this weekend... looks like it will just be half marathon at Soweto for me. A minor plus, the calf seems okay (not that I've tested it much though ) Stretch and ScottCM 2
Hacc Posted October 21, 2016 Posted October 21, 2016 (edited) Also had a terrible training week. I think it is this time of year where work takes precedence, as pressure is on to get as much done before the December Holidays. Doing Sattelite Classic tomorrow and on Sunday, the annual family Avon Walkathon (someone help me please - 30 000 + walkers!!) Hopefully I will get a run in late Sunday afternoon. Andrew Steer Posted October 21, 2016 Posted October 21, 2016 holding thumbs...nothing like some thai RnR to sort a calf out Full Thai body massage was impressive in releasing mine and my wifes ITB's... the modern runners own version of a 'happy ending' If only an 1hour massage here was R100 ScottCM, Lexx and Stretch 3
