Buffalo marathon in East London in February...she will get a batch higher than she normally does....its all downhill

Thanks Stetch

She decided to enter the Seville marathon (21/2/16) instead, Spain is a bit easier and cheaper to get to than RSA.... over 12000 entries with the cut off at 13000 entries

It sounded like a good idea at the time to enter for Bay to Bay. Suddenly it is THIS Sunday.   It is going to be "interesting"... fake it till you make it sounds about right!

Complements of the season to all. May it be a prosperous one for all your athletic goals.

Hey Scott, likewise! May it be a good one...

B2B went surprisingly well. Will update the doc tonight. Hectic winds, though - more caps and glasses blowing off than there are water bottles popping off at the Ou Wapad descend! On a logistical note - they really need a new startline procedure, it was a bit chaotic.

Stunning run, wind or not. Really liked having time to look at things you just fly past on on the Tour de Peninsula. Unofficially 2:47, so quite happy. Was hoping for sub-3 (with all those hills I thought that would be a good guesstimate), so to do it despite the wind was a nice surprise.

Was sad to see Table Mountain burning (again!) going in the morning (darnit, it was an early start to the day for me...) and hear that it is now burning above Scarborough.

not this year. Route has changed from a point to point to a circular one as it will double as SA champs this year.

know anyone down there who could advise on the new route?
