From Hero on FB:

On behalf of everyone at Hero Adventure we sincerely apologize for the current situation at our Hero Adventure Park at Heia Safari Ranch. We are doing our best to get it sorted out as fast as we can .

Our trails are been damaged faster than we can even repair them without any notice .as soon as we change something or make repairs . Damage is done on other sections .we are doing our best but apologize to every one of our customers as this is not what we at Hero Adventure want our clients to experience over and above all the other attempts to damage our brand .

please remember that we do have another park in the area called Hero Adventure -Hobby Park so if you want please check it out .have a awesome weekend and we look forward to your continued support .

Somebody is going to get hurt here...

That's exactly what's going to happen. Someone will stack on a sabotaged piece of trail and it's gonna hurt.

Not cool at all.

As I've said, Heia won't see a cent of mine.

Hero's doing a great job at Hobby, still in it's infancy and awesome already...annnd (IMO) going to get better and better!

Sunrise ride there this morning

Cool! Can you see it taking over from Heia?

Well, I'm hoping not... Heia (while maintained by Hero) was/is amazing (Red trail=drool for me) I REALLY hope something gets sorted out!

BUT, if it boils down to it, Hobby's trails are fantastic already and there is SOOOO much room for more, I forecast it to be right up there with the best.

Remember, in less than a year Hero@Heia got voted as the best trails in country by the one publication (can't for the life of me remember if it was Ride or TREAD now) So I can't see Hobby not being just as good AWESOME

I liked Heia. Blue for warm-up / fun - Yellow to get some XC km's in and Red for a proper workout. Mix-n-Match combinations to suit.

Hope Hobby becomes a suitable replacement if Heia doesn't come right.

I think you'll enjoy Hobby.

Blue is an great warm up and I reckon better than Heia's.

The Yellow and Red are shorter, I think less than 8km each but packed with fun and a work out of note! Yellow takes you up to the Ridge that overlooks Silverstar etc.

The green if a great route for noobs, especially if someone's getting used to cleats, minimal technicality to it.

something for everyone.

This whole debacle breaks my heart. Stuff you heia owners. You've stooped as low as possible and dare I say you're a bunch of pigs risking the safety of paying cyclists to line your greasy pockets. WANKERS THE LOT OF YOU.
