Please try and use anti size on the pedal thread and rather disassemble the pedal and re-grease than using Q20. Q20 is a solvent cleaner with thin oil lubricant it will not lubricate the axle for very long and since it has removed grease your click/creak will come back with a vengeance.

I have had this click with many of my pedals re-grease always fixes the problem. Just make sure to do it ASAP to prevent major wear. When re-greasing pedal Ill always go through the process of cleaning the thread for crank as well so could be either of the two fixing it.

Service your pedals. Take it apart, clean it up and regrease it.

Look Keo blade (like most modern pedals) have cassette bearings. Unlike older cup/cone bearings, it is not really possible to re-grease cassette bearings. So dissembling the actual pedal is probably a waste of time.

There was some play on the crank itself. Just added a spacer and tighten the crank arm and feels ago. Looks like the bearings wasn't inserted all the way but it is fixed now.

This is happening to me too now.

Look Keo Cabon Blades. Brand new.

It feel like the actual pedal itself clicks up and down, like there is play in the spindle.

Anybody he this before?

It clicks on EVERY pedal stroke. Bike will like kept be left in the bushes somewhere tomorrow if it doesn’t stop!

If there is play on the spindle/ shaft you can carefully open and fill with grease(old muck will squeeze out when you reinsert). Many pedals have loose bearings as in cup n cone and can be tightened but care is needed here so search online - there're a lot of how to videos. Shouldn't need tightening yet unless you've done many hard miles...

You're getting on in years.

Are you sure it's not your knees?
