You clearly missed the part about the freak weather that caused the cancellation of the JUMA? No one saw that coming, not even the weather services (then again, that is not saying much ) The organisers did everything possible to make the event happen and nature said no. So if nature permits, there will be one next year. And the dates they have chosen mean there is far less chance of this happening again. No I didn't miss that part but some people are risk averse and would prefer to have the money back in their own account and enter again in 2016, at least I would prefer that but hey whatever blows your hair back!

So if all goes well refunds should be made soon. lets hope this goes smoothly

Odinson Posted October 21, 2015 Posted October 21, 2015 Nope still waiting for my refunds. Personally I do not see nor do I understand your frustration at this stage. On the 18th of September they stated that the refunds can take up to 2 weeks to process. Surely loading over 1000 EFT's are a time consuming process. We are still 2 days away from the 2 weeks which also included a public holiday last Thursday. If my schedule permits it I WILL be entering next year again! How I imagine the JUMA finance team when they sent out that mail:
