I was so tempted to stop in peak hour traffic and assist him.I stopped a guy in Tokai car park a few years ago.His fork was backwards and I just couldn't let him ride like that.The poor guy had no idea, so thought I was just weird.He wasn't particularly grateful, but I felt good about myself after that.
