Wonder if they will ride True Grit today.Are you talking about True Grit Bike park? That is in Sir Lowries pass. THey might be doing some of the Bainskloof trails that form part of the Welvanpas Trails today.Judging by the squiglly bits at the end of the route for today, I think they will be riding singletrack after Bains Kloof. And it gets very hot there!

And it gets very hot there! No, I am talking about one of the single tracks on the Welvanpas White route. Each of them are named after a movie. But looking at the map now, they won't be doing it today. EDIT: looking closer, it seems they will only do the last part of it that goes through the trees, and in reverse.

I've been checking out live tracking on the cape epic site but it only shows one team at a time?Select live tracking then filter by Select Preset Group" then top 25 men, ladies etc. I find it easier to track the ladies than the men as the men all appear too bunched up.
