The smoothie isn't enough of a reward as I actually find it harder work to use the rewards than earning them and am often giving them to friends / family.Oh, your friends will still see your points. They only thing is that if the individual doesn't achieve their target for week then the 2nd smoothie (surprise prize) is out the window for the next 2 weeks until they achieve their targets 3 weeks in a row again. No cards are listed under Rewards cards on the Digital Cards page, and navigating there via the notification only shows a message that the card could not be downloaded currently. The funniest one being that my most consecutive goals is between 23 Apr and 29 Jul - now I know that's not true as I had a baby on the 3rd June and missed 3 weeks.... Medical Aid providers are making a killing.just a quick but important distinction. Vitality is NOT Discovery Health, nor Discovery Health Administration. DHMS (and other med aids as well) itself is not allowed to profit at ALL. The entirety of your Health premium MUST go to claims, admin costs & reserves. The real profit is in administration, which only a few companies do well. Vitality, and to a lesser extent Multiply, aim to enhance peoples' lives and make them healthier, which has knock-on effects for the premiums of the med aids the group controls (lower increases - Disco's 7.9% increase is a prime example of this) and profitability of their life companies through lower claims and higher retention. Vitality and multiply itself was always going to be a loser in the beginning due to the sheer cost of the benefits it pays vs the annualised premium income, but I'm glad to see that it will shortly be profitable. And a potential winner if you invest in it directly... I for one would LOVE to see the cashflow data. Maybe they gave you major points for having the babyMight have even got triple points if it was a natural birth For me the new APP is working.My rewards are loading, the digital cards are loading.Seems they've done away with the function where you can see how many points you got for an activity (think it was called Activity racking ???)
