Are genuine questions about Vitality benefits only allowed to be asked on Fridays in this thread?

Pretty sure it is your healthy food spend and not everything from Nik-Naks to Brasso to t-paper?

Yes, healthy is a few nuts, fruit and veg only. The numbers are wrong. R62 cash back indicates R250 spend for month. 48% indicates total spend of R500 for month. Only someone who hasn't paid at the till recently would accept you can feed a family of 4 vegetarians on R250 fruit and veg or R500 total food a month.

I'm going to write an app to check my disco Healthyfood cash back each month. No doubt I'm being ripped off.

According to disco I spent around R250 on fruit and veg and a total food shop of just over R500 for the month. I wish my credit card used at PnP agreed with a R500. I wonder what we ate all month.

Anyone ever check this against till slips?

Also getting similar feedback from guys using discover insure with driver behavior monitoring.

Worth noting that healthy foods exclude some items one would think are healthy foods i.e no salted/roasted nuts just plain raw.

Yes. I only think of the foods with the V on the till slip. I'll run a check over the next few months, keeping all till slips. What a bore.

Turns out PnP is doing their usual screw with others cash flow while the cash sits in own bank account stunt. The cash back for period 9/11-9/12 missed the processing cut off. Will be processed in January.

Out of interest, who actually pays these cash backs? Vitality or the retailer?

Well, i got a whole 300 - YES, THREE HUNDRED - points for 175km's (9hours) of Desert Dash.

Stick THAT in your pipe.

Woohooo!

so it took you more than an hour at more than )220-age)*70%

Remember it is a measure to encourage regular activity, not a measure of epic-ness. An approach that works well for my wellbeing ;)

One would think that their system has some level of intelligence.

I completed two 28(or so) minute swims today with HR averaging around 70 for both, separated for reasons unimportant to this post. The second swim was started around a minute after the first and yet because they each came in under 30 mins, I got zero points. I didn't even leave the pool between workouts, so the timing should have some sort of

Not sure why their system is unable to figure this out, but I have contacted them and will revert with their response.

Did you register the event or just rely on your device upload? You'll get more for the event, strange but true!

May I ask what device you are using for swimming. I have recently yanked out my old Polar 725x for this purpose- BUT the watch does not pick HR from the transmitter whilst the latter is under water. I have to stand up between laps for it to see heart rate. The result is that I am still only getting 100 points for the gym swipe.
