ShortLegs Posted April 24, 2008 Share I would recommend Eastons. They use normal spokes so your LBS will be able to sort them out if required. They're as strong as any of the other recommendations and my 109kg brother-in-law has had 8 months of wheel-hassle-free riding on his Vista's. Thx 36 hole rigida dp 18 rims with ultegra hubs. the right thing for a chubby casual rider and worth every cent! why on hell would you buy one of the named expensive wheels? I rode into a car with those wheels, straight ahead, doing 35 + and couldn't break. frame folded but the front wheel had NOTHING, straight as an arrow afterwards. go and get them! Bombproof!!
