i am motivated enough to say no to office party snacks, secret santa chocolates, my belt feels a bit looser and my tops seem to fit me better.

Ditto on the crap, but  modest on the booze front. Not denying myself, but wine instead of beer or Gin & Tonic, Scotch still on the rocks. All of it maybe cut down by 25%
