I did not commit to this competition, planning on doing WAY more training this holiday, not looking to loose weight as such but would like to loose 4-5% body fat sitting at 16 at the moment.

When I got home my wife had asked the housekeeper to make a lasagne to try and lift my mood (hectic work) while they are already at Struisbaai. Sooooo.....

 

 

I ate some. And a bit more...

 

But you guys made me feel so guilty that I put my lights on the bike and went for an hour cruise through the 'burb. I feel better now .

mmmmm.... Lasagne. 

 

I made a bacon / feta / mushroom / tomato pasta for the family. 

 

I ate it without the pasta.

Like it or not you will have to lose overall body mass to bring your body fat % down. Unless you plan on building extra muscle, which is possible but much harder work than just losing weight.

With all the year end functions and then the occasional braai in between its not easy.....bike time is also suffering. I normally weigh every morning but not this week!!!
