Since many people are in still in the 90s, maybe we should continue this thread with a goal of "breaking the buffalo" - or getting back down into the 80s?

I know its my target - anyone else?

Had the same idea :)

For my own record. 300g down. I may be the biggest LOSER!

BH well done! Jy gaan binnekort deur jou eie poephol val!

Thanks......watch the space, or is it volume??

However, I heard a small birdie tweet.....

My kop is the groot....and I'm a tight arse......verification, accreditation and references can be supplied on request....

......so a cognitive prolapse might be impossible now....:-)

Ok, did my final weigh-in and the number is 112kg.

I was expecting worse so I suppose even though I didn't lose, I also didn't shoot up.

Time to get back on the wagon.

Only got a chance to update today.

I'm 93.4kgs. Down from 96.2kgs. Quite happy with that considering I didn't really watch what i ate.

Even if you weigh the same as on day one you should be happy.

In recognition and to commend Lurch, PartyDave and Flashfozzy (2nd, 3rd and 4th) for their efforts in this short exercise of gravity and mass manipulation, while also considering height, the following service/opportunity will be sponsored to them from my side:

1. Anthropometry and body composition analysis

Anthropometry is the science which deals with the measurement of the size, weight, and proportions of the human body. Examples of body composition measurements include percent body fat, lean body mass (L.B.M.), muscle mass, residual mass, water content and also allocating body structure a somatotype (endomorph, mesomorph, ectomorph) rating. The techniques utilized to do the analysis (measurements and calculations) will included the Heath-Carter and Drinkwater-Ross methods.

2. Isokinetic muscle strength testing of the knee joint

The use of specialized testing equipment to determine the functionality of specific muscle groups surrounding the knee joint (quadriceps and hamstring) in developing torque during associated extension and flexion movements. An analysis like this can determine if there are any deficiencies related to the development of sufficient muscle power for activity, bilateral comparison of muscle groups and determining optimal ratios of muscle power.
