I am genuinely impressed with the quality and grippiness of the studs (replaceable btw) that come with the pedals.

slickandtyred Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 To OP:Always used clipless. Fell often- usually out of stupidity or releasing from cleat too late. Lots of pain and cuts. Got V12 flats with pins and 5 ten sticky shoes and have never looked back. Enough traction and grip to move with the bike but with the added benefit of knowing it's easy to separate from the bike when needed. Confidence boosted big time
