I have never tried it for that - might work, might not.

I ride with my prescription and these

It works fine most of the time but when it gets very hot or if I'm caught in the rain, trying to see where in going becomes an interesting adventure. I'll guinea-pig once I get my hands on the stuff and revert

Interesting - I have been trying with scripted lenses the last few weeks - keep hitting things.... big things - clipped a big rubbish bin last week - hand is still sore.

I had the same problem. Was using the Darcs Photocromatic 2. Halfway through my ride I had to take them off because of the sweat. Got myself some new Rudy's now. Problem solved. It sits much tighter on your face. so the sweat goes over your lenses and not in your eyes

Halo sweat band - the problem with a buff or skull cap or any other fabric is it will eventually still get wet with sweat and drip down regardless.

I sweat a lot and use the Halo sweat band which has a silicon ridge on the inside that directs the sweat away from your eyes/glasses.

Oops. Sorry about the hand... I guess it will take some getting used to, especially if the lenses are a lot bigger than your traditional glasses. I find a big lens does distort my peripheral vision

I also have a huge problem with sweat running into my eyes and onto my glasses.

I have the GUTR, works well, but it stinks.  And I'm not referring to a smell after it was used and not washed.

Even the packaging stinks as a result, it smells like.... well... I don't know, some people on Amazon compare it to a skunk. Apparently it's because of the Vinyl used instead of Silicon.

The GUTR solved the problem of sweat in my eyes, but did not the sweat dripping from the tip of my helmet onto my glasses.

So I got a Retro Cycling Cap from http://www.enjoyfitness.co.za.  for R125 each.

Same idea as what eddy posted.

It works pretty well and is a local product. All the sweat runs or drips onto the visor and then drips off the edges.

Their shipping is a bit high though so share an order with someone, or buy 2.
