That paddock area is a road and has never been off limits to cyclists. Its a no brainer - just watch out for other people and horses and cars as you would on the road...no chance of losing the link, but possibly getting sued if you cause a stampede, maybe :-)

Maybe not but the incident will ring through the hills like the sound of music.

That "arse" flew down the Diep River section and thoroughly enjoyed what has been recognised by #cityparks and the #ppa as a place for mountain biking in Cape Town....

Had our guided tour last night (Tx gwhite).

What a stunning ride, will be going back one Sat or Sun morning for more of the same.

Been riding this trail for a while and mange to get a 30 km ride .I live off Broker way Tokai so it starts on my doorstep...I do the Tokai lower park loop at the start as my warm up and again at the end off the ride.And i do the Top loop twice first up the path and the second loop up the Southern-cross drive pavement trail section.Happy to take anyone along that wants to see the route.
