Please man, I started last year's race with the tandems of the short route, because of traffic, and I still did a 2:59! So E should all do one with ease. I'm in DL this year and expect to do a 2:45

High 5 bottle, 10x electrolytes, snicker bar, 1 of those trail mix packets and a few other small bits. I mean there's more useful stuff in here vs the CTCT pack.

It's standard with ASG events as an earlybird entry. I always make sure I enter early but always give my early bird goodie away, well actually any High5 product as I dont use it. I fave sofar 6 of those High5 box stuff away to friends and all the bottels filled with goodies.

Eina.  Thats where part of mine was. Landed up White water rafting down the Vaal in fishnets and a Mankini. That was just the calm before the storm.

I tried the high 5 iso gel this weekend in the cradle and must say I was impressed. So quick and easy to get down and provided just enough boost for the last 30km's.

 

Doubt we getting those though.  Is it just those small electrolyte tablet things?
