What causes this?

What could the cause be that every time I cycle (mountain bike, road bike, tandem and spinning) I have to push back onto the saddle as I feel like I am slipping forward too much. Is it a nasty habit or what could possible be causing it?

Might be obvious.... but is the saddle(s) level?

 

Perhaps they're tilting too far forward/down would be the most obvious thing....

That said, Contador does it all the time on his TT bike. :)
