Best breaks........nough said........

Would tend to disagree...I ride some of the most powerful and best modulated brakes Shimano make...I test rode the Guides not too long ago and yes...they weer superior.

Would I bother swapping now that I have already got mine...no, but were I needing new ones I'd go with the Guides ;)

Sram makes the best breaks. My XTs just does not break at all.

Sram does occasionally break. They've even been known to occasionally brake.

But as to making brakes .. their Guides are great.

Shimano XT certainly do not break   they're known for their reliability. As for XT not braking? What a load of bull  :whistling:

Oh, XT's etc break, alright. And when they do, unfortunately it's a case of zapping it in the Zibi.

Lol. If you say so

actually he is right. Shimano does have the best breaks.

cable breaks off in the shifter.

pedals breaks when it hits rocks

chain breaks unless you join it with a SRAM quiklink..

derailleur breaks if you try too shift too many gears too fast...
