Adidas Terrex Trail Cross

This is a bit off topic, but though I would come sing some adidas praises. I'm really loving my adidas road running shoes, adidas Supernova Glide Boost 8's. My wife is really loving her adidas Energy Boost 3's and reckons they're the best shoes she has ever owned. Currently, I've got my eye set on a pair of adidas Terrex Agrivic Boost. They'll be purely used for trail running/hiking, definitely not suitable for flat pedal riding or everyday use with that Conti rubber sole.

Been running Adidas shoes for years and love them. On my 3rd pair of Terrex Solos. This is the first pair with the 5.10 Stealth rubber...and that is my only complaint. I wear them basically every day and the Stealth rubber just doesn't last as long. It should be an option in the same way that Gore-Tex is an option. For normal daily use, the Stealth rubber is totally pointless. Still love the shoes, though!

 

As for Merrel, I received a pair of Merrel shoes as a prize some years ago and they were honestly shite! They lasted barely 6 months under the same circumstances that every pair of Adidas I have owned over the last 15 odd years has lasted 18-24 months. If I'd paid for them, I would've been seriously disappointed.

+1, Merrell shoes are utter shite. For some reason I am on my 3rd pair, and they don't last. Soles either come loose, wear off with minimal use or the upper material just perishes.

I've had a pair since 2010, and my only issue has been that the laces come undone if you look at them funny. They're pretty stuffed now, but 6 years of missioning isn't bad going.

My first pair endured a lot of abuse. Working in a cellar, numerous hikes etc. The second pair pair a lot less abuse, and the third endured only a few gentle day hikes and casual walking. All three pairs' soles came loose at the same spots, and had similar wear and material that tore and unraveled.

Anyone know where to get the Trail Cross Stealth Rubber shoes. Dues South nor Adidas online store have them anymore.

I bought these a few months ago and loving them. Also noticed that they're not on the online store anymore. Would be a pity if they were discontinued.
