anyone willing to share their support driver will probably do a speed of 12 to 15 km/h would be appreciated

I am also in the same sinking boat as the two above gentlemen.

 

Looking to share a support driver for the race and I will obviously contribute to fuel costs.

 

I am aiming for a 15h - 16h ride.

 

My fault for not reading the rules thoroughly but I can't expect my wife to drive through the night.

Stating the obvious I guess but I just realised that unless a rider can average about 22kmph a good portion of this will be ridden in the pitch dark in the middle of nowhere.

 

Not good if one is scared of the dark.

 

Powerbanks for 'phones and GPS - lights with extra batteries - is there cell coverage the whole way?
