One month to go to the MTB event.

One month, 1 day, to the road event.

We have some great lucky draw prizes available for the event, courtesy of some smaller sponsors and bike shops.

Clubs are encouraged to setup their gazebos in the "hospitality" area. Speak to your club committee and let me know if you're interested.

Does not give me much time for training.

Maybe I will stay for the lucky draw this time.

Two weeks less than what you plan for 947.

Anyone on the 7-week panic training plan from Training Peaks should have started this week. Never too late to start - edit: for the 947.

Download the 7-week panic plan here - make sure you have a TrainingPeaks account to make use of the free plan.

Need to enter again, but will have to do A LOT of panic training. Eventually got around to go to Tour de Frans to spent the R500 gift voucher I won at the February.

When are you doing the seedings? Will you count a race done on 29 Oct?

I will ask, but I doubt it as race numbers need to be ready by 02-Nov for the first collection point in Centurion.

Oh yah, fair point. Then the One Tonner will have to do the talking for me; it's a day before you close the entries.

Hey Gerald, Get cycle events to change their website. Just received an email from them saying the race is on the 5th November. Selected the link and also says the 5th there.

Thats for the MTB race...

Thanks for the reply to LWB - been offline for most of the last 4 days.

 Now I feel like a tjop. Must learn to read properly :whistling:

Happens to all of us from time to time.
