It was Rock an Roll racing! :whistling:

A hugely entertaining edit of the Vuelta and we got spoilt with all the action! Some great tactics, wonderful breakaways and solo efforts. The teams that stood out most: OBE and Sky. OBE for their clever tactics and Sky for that one bad day where they failed to support their man Froome. Riders who stood out GC wise: the OBE duo of Chaves and Yates, Talansky and Formolo of CD. OBE boys because of their obvious talent and the CD guys because of their quiet but hard effort to get their top ten results.

Monotron might not be the most popular rider but as Froome said the strongest rider (and most deserving) won. Niaro rode a clever race!

We have actually been spoilt this whole year.. the racing has been just great and not just the GTs.. all the way through.. 2016 has been a brilliant racing year.. we've seen some epic battles all over..

And it's not over yet.

Can I just mention one last time that right from the gun Stage 15 was, from the roadside, beyond awesome!

Thank you.

It was indeed.. wow.. there are always stages that just stick with us for a long long time... this one will remain as a favourite for a long long time..[emoji106]

Last year we had the Motorola stage in the Giro.

This year in the TDF is was the late attack by Sagan and Froome caught a wheel and now stage 15 of the Vuelta...And you know what.. spot the common denominator [emoji6] .. yep Tinkoff/Saxo have treated us to some fantastic races.

Don't see why he needed to ride aggressively today..

He built up a 3min + lead.. before the ITT.. you don't exactly get that by sitting on wheels.

People applauded Froome during the TDF for getting time whichever way he could.. Nairo did the same during the Vuelta.. so statements like these make no sense.

It was up to Froome to close the gap... he closed half yesterday and today he had to make the move.. Nairo just had to follow..

At the end of a GT these riders don't have much left in them...

I didnt watch the whole stage, this GT really doesnt interest me much. What I did see had Quintana in his usual spot though.

Perhaps watching the whole Vuelta would've been a good idea[emoji6]

And here I thought the Jets that flew over at the end of today's stage were impressive.. happen to come across the ladies US tennis final and the yanks have F (whatever they are on now 18/19/20/21?) flyover [emoji53]

This is only the fourth Grand Tour that I've watched..

One thing is for sure, these riders gotta be on their toes all the time..

Last year at TDF you could say Quintana lost the Tour during the stage with crosswinds..

Giro this year, Kruiswijk over hopping the corner where he crashed..

And this Vuelta, Stage 15..

Respect to all these riders!!

I'm not a Froome supporter, but hey what a fighter. What a bike rider. What a machine..

Watching these races is simply awesome
