Laurent Fignon was awesome, but I couldn't stand Greg LeMond - he only had to appear on the screen to set me off. His 8 second win over LF was horrible to watch. Talented rider - yes. Someone I liked - nooooo! Miguel Indurain - huge strong rider, but seriously boring to watch! A nice guy though, I liked him. Jan Ullrich - another machine of a rider. Liked him a lot but always knew that if LA was around he was not going to get far :-( Bertie - One of my all time favs. Loved the stories of how he started out - clearly a huge talent from the start. Beat a brain aneurysm. Was given a really tough time by LA when they were both on Astana but managed to ride above it. Like his often aggressive riding style. Very disappointed with the whole "Beef" story :-( Cadel Evans - Tough little guy - not always the luckiest in a race! US Postal/Discovery - I admired the whole team for their crushing T de F performances. Sadly it turns out that almost all of them have since been proved to have been dirty. Very disappointing. Astana - how are they still completing? Vino getting busted was so disappointing. I admired his T de F win into Gap the day LA crashed. Spartacus - awesome rider - but boy can he complain! Tom Boonen - another awesome and intelligent rider. Sagan - all round entertainer and good egg. There are more a like and a few I really don't like. . . . .

I remember his crash into a policeman taking a photo in Paris. It was shocking to watch. He didn't move for a long time after he hit the ground.

Dont like Nolan.In the old days, he was a cheat, these days his work ethic and weight, puts undue pressure on his team mates.
