Farrar signed an additional 2 years at DDD.

That's terrible news. The least 'hard' working member of the DiData team!

Ag no you have got to be kidding me.. [emoji53]

When I read Cav's post my first response was 'F@#$ off'. Can't believe Douglas wants to keep this loser around!

Waste of money, could have been better spent on a decent rider than Farrar! Does ge have any big sponsors that DD are utilising for having him on the team? Cannot see any other reason why

I can only think its Cavendish who wants him there and is probably pay back for years of service to Cavendish?

Gen are there even enough teams out there for them to implement something like this?

the money in cycling only allows the guys at the top to eat from woollies the rest shop at PnP.

the total salary bill for all rides at TDF was less than PSG first team squad!

PnP is actually more expensive than Woolies :whistling:

In the meantime EBH has won the Eneco tour twice I think but a long time ago.. so they are relying heavily on picking up points there.. but the line up of this year's Eneco tour.. yoh yoh

They are running out of World Tour events to score points in.

All that is left is the Eneco tour and Lombardia and I don't think they have anyone to go for the win at Lombardia.[emoji33] unless Cummings pulls a rabbit out of the hat again.

If they can jump to 17th on the ranking then some pressure would be off.. but the way the IAM guys (currently in 17th) have been riding it will be tough.

I thought that as well bit apparently he is a first rate road captain and a fantastic mentor to the development riders in the squad and when they are cutting their teeth in the bigger races. I've always seen him as a bit of a rider who will fight it to for 7th and wondered why they signed him but not many people are handing out 2 year contracts without results so he has to be doing something very right and truthful Dougie R is pretty sharp.

Maybe he should switch to DS[emoji6]

Good call! Him and Bernie E can get into it together along with Hammond. Could be the Top Gear of cycling.

iam are gone anyway. I don't see how the criteria can be adjusted mid season, planning happens way in advance
