They need to learn that you cannot promise something to get entries and then not make good on those promises. Last year ToGH, advertised jackets, gave shitty rain things.Last year Sondela, advertised RaceTec timing, was done by ooms and tannies with clip boards.This year ToGH, advertised Team comp jerseys........ yada yada yada ASG, either start delivering on your promises, or just stop making them. RocknRolla Posted October 27, 2016 Share My Wife has been unable to get racetec to rectify her results, she did a substitution at registration, and on race day, she even went to confirm that they have the correct details, ehre it was discovered that the incorrect details were still showing. The details apparently was corrected again, and after the race, not her name or the person she was supposed to substitute reflected on the results. After numerous emails and phone messages, she has still not gotten anywhere.... Perhaps a representative from racetec can shed some light on what else needs to be done to get this sorted? I often get mails to entered events that I have already entered I have an email address that is specifically used for "junk" mail. I check it once a week and usually delete most of the mails without reading too much. ASG, CyclingSA, a few other cycling related companies and service providers go to this address. If the header is worth reading I might read it before deleting. I find this helps keep my other account for important stuff.
