Think Thomas would've liked to stay and chase some stage wins, something he could really do but stage wins aren't their objective GC was and now it isnt an option. Well, "it is what it is",.... personally I doubt Thomas had the credentials to beat the field this year to top step anyway, top 5 possibly...I think that would have been a good result for him this year.
