Pasta evening was good, as always. Ironman it on a good show that's for sure. Loads of foreigners like always, been chatting to some Ozzie blokes and Americans who stay in the same hotel. It's cheap for em. Good luck all ,enjoy it, on my cycle yesterday I realized I had forgotten just how beautiful it is.

@ndy Posted April 2, 2017 Posted April 2, 2017 Well for my first one I don't think I could have asked for better conditions. Everything went well for me except for a dip in run pace between 32 and 36 km. luckily I had enough in the tank for a strong finish. I can now see why this event gets so much good press. Great course and a great vibe.
