The places are filling up fast.. so if you are doing it and need to travel try book as soon as possible..

Are you referring to race entries or accommodation. Or both?

How do we see how many race entries remaining?

Sorry was referring to accommodation

No clue about entries.

The site still give you the option to select enter now.. so I assume there are still entries available.

Do you perhaps have a strava file?

Yoh!!! 6400m climbing. Ouch.

Outstanding achievement.

One day when I am (not so) big I wish to be able to do the same.

I have set my device to only show the following fields for now. I don't need the other fields atm.. also better not to see speed to avoid wanting to up the speed[emoji23]

Timer, HR

And then the swipe up the HR zones

Like so..

So once you have all maxed out your credit cards with the black Friday sale.. all comments and advice welcome..

Edit decided I only need the timer and HR fields for now????

I am so excited if I could I would quit my job just to cycle[emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23]

Hubby however is not willing to break his rule of not riding on Friday afternoons..(they are bike wash and movie days[emoji53] ) so I will go by myself or climb on the IDT)

Mondays and Fridays are usually rest days for me, as the weekend rides are usually a few hours each.

In terms of data, guess there's no need to stress about what you see. Just get the hours in for now then everything will start to fall in place. Once you have your base sorted, you can start mixing things up with some intervals and hill repeats to get you primed for the big day.

You have the motivation to get ready for this, and I think that's really a key factor to keep you on track.

Perfect, Gen

Looking good

HR & Timer is important, for sure

Speed is not important at this stage, but building endurance is.

More ideas:

Also try cadence to ensure your most optimal / efficient rpm as legs get weary if one is not using one's most efficient cadence (we all have a unique number)

Maybe also try a timer / sound for when you should either drink or feed

I have a beep that goes off every 25 mins, for example.

Will you still be here Alex?  If so, East Coast have one team of 6 already and busy getting another one together.

I vacate on the 26th of April - I'm definitely mulling it over :3

So far:  Tom, Mark, Mike, Me, Gray, Vivek, Nick.  Costa whinging as always, but he'll be there.

The site is very confusing.  Says you can have as many as you want in your team with fastest 6 to count, but when you create a team, you can only add 6 names!

I have set up a club Whatsapp Group for this. Should I add you?

Less than 300 entries, so far.
