Short ride to the site, placing of the bike and then ride on to bidon. Not sure about the process of arranging a police escort, but it's essential. Especially on HP. I collected the bike Patchelicious donated on Wednesday and most of the components were stripped off lastnight bar the crank. I don't own a crank puller for square tapper. This morning I met V12man and delivered the bike for the paint job. To my relief he has the required tools to pull the crank. I'm stoked to report that Build a Bike will recived a full 8 speed shimano drive train(in great knick) and Vee brakes for one of their deserving recipients. Would those that suggested a memorial ride please step up to hash out the arrangements. My plate is a bit full at the moment with my work year coming to and end at a rapid pace.
