nonky Posted December 21, 2016 Share that's a LOT of wipeouts... I've seen videos of guys practicing flips on a trampoline with their bikes - maybe worth a try?

Wolfie1 Posted December 21, 2016 Share Foam pit or trampoline will be your best bet. Start off with doing this first and then use a frame and try it on a trampoline and then one day have a bowl of courage in the morning and then commit hahaha Donovan Le Cok and Mongooser
Headshot Posted December 21, 2016 Share I'd also like to try - but a fronty feels more natural to me because I do them into the pool. A foam pit would be the answer but don't know of any in Cape Town.
Kalahari Vegmot Posted December 21, 2016 Share My bike can do a flip... But I'm not on it when it happens... Stretch
GrahamS2 Posted December 21, 2016 Share that's a LOT of wipeouts... I've seen videos of guys practicing flips on a trampoline with their bikes - maybe worth a try?I'm gonna have to say bad idea. But then I've landed on top of a BMX on a trampoline before (while trying to learn to flip). Mongooser
Kalahari Vegmot Posted December 21, 2016 Share There won't be much left of the trampoline, and can you imagine missing the'bounce' surface...

Tumbleweed Posted December 21, 2016 Share A big dutchman hit me once. I did a backflip. Ja, that crap about "the bigger they are, the harder they fall..." It's more like: "the bigger they are, the further you fly..." Done a couple of semi-flips into pools on a BMX. But I was drinking a lot back then. Much braver.
