Hmmm well the alternative is to build my G3 into a new set of wheels ( new wheels is the driver here) but not sure what I can get. Don't even know how many holes the hub is ( it's at the shops)

These power pedals seem finicky? And pricy!

I had no problems with my vectors for the year I had them. really flawless, liked the update integration with garmin connect etc.

garmin service was also great, at a race I bumped on of the thingy's that goes on the pedals, it didnt work after that, send it to garmin and they replaced it free of charge and I was the second owner without original proof of purchase.

p1 one pedals seems to have a issue as a lot have been said about them, but from one I understand it was a certain batch.

Set of Zipps or Tokens with G3 will be fantastic.....just saying.

P1 pedals.

have had mine from the launch date without a single issue.

i've had cranks and hub based PMs. the pedals are easier than both to live with.

less restrictive when you feel like moving them from bike to bike. no issues in changing batteries.

by far in my mind the best pedal based system. and i've used the Polar bluetooth pedals (nightmare).

only one small niggle with the P1s

the cleating is not bad but not great. certain not going to feel like a look pedal. but once you are clipped in does it matter?

also maybe a touch heavy. but this is something you quickly forget about

as for durability, my ole man is riding his P1 pedals on his CX bike.

no issues so far!

I think this is likely the route that I might go. This just depends on spike holes. Would ideally like to fit Boras.

Will chat to Warren, C28s is on the menu.

Where would I get a good deal on 303s?

Also have a look at new C38.

This is what I thought. Hence me asking about Campy Stages.

Boras with Campy SR Stages but this will be a R50k venture at minimum.

Vs

Rebuilding G3 into C28s or 303s will be a R15k - R25k venture considering that I could sell my Reynolds 46s and make some cash back.
