One of the chapters of a textbook I had back in the day opened with this line in italics on the facing page

 

"What will you do now that you've bashed your way through to the cell next door?"

 

I often think of this line and feel superior when I see motorists racing past me on some scenic route while I breathe the air and admire the finest views in the world while they bustle along never getting to where they think they're going fast enough and so never arriving.

THere were some sphincter puckering moments last time i was up there with the buses coming past on the narrow bits.....

Something actually really needs to be done about the nutter bus drivers on that route. There are certainly muppet cyclists riding two-three abreast, but there are a hellava lot of large buses speeding a long there at break neck speed, not to mention guys on superbikes in the early morning who scream around the corners.

 

More speed cameras or a few speed bumps half way around corners should slow everyone down and make it more safe.

Smoking weed, even in your own house, is not legal. yet.

All the high court said was that government should look at other ways of managing it. Gave Gov 2 years to do that.

 

So given the falicy fo the grounds for the rest of the statement. The whole statement fails.
