Anine Posted April 12, 2017 Share Hi All I own a Ford Fiesta with a large boot spoiler. Like this: Would a clip-on hatch type carrier even fit? Edited April 19, 2017 by Anine
PeterF Posted April 12, 2017 Share No. I have one that I use with a Polo, definitely will not work with that spoiler. Edited April 12, 2017 by PeterF

Sitting@89 Posted April 12, 2017 Share Those clip on carriers damage the body work I would steer well clear. My recommendation would be bite the bullet and go for a towbar and get a thule express best solution to transport a bike IMHO Pieterlab1

CAAD4 Posted April 12, 2017 Share Nice ST. When your'e zef, your'e zef. Rather get your boyfriend to transport your bike in his bakkie. Yes I'm from the Oos Rondt... Pieterlab1

Cippo Posted April 12, 2017 Share If that is an Ecoboost with aero kit don't spoil it by putting a towbar on. Best option IMO would be a roof setup.. I would go for the fork clamp setup though. There are specific ones for thru-axle and quick release. Im sure your park sensors going to go off everytime you hit reverse gear Preasan
Anine Posted April 12, 2017 Share yoh guys. no need to diss my baby. And I don't need a boyfriend with a bakkie to do things for me either Rather respect an self-sufficient lady asking for technical advice MBMtbGirl, Cippo, Thermophage and 4 others

Sometimes those black channels on each side of the roof have slots for roof racks, not sure if yours does? Preasan and Anine

venom1 Posted April 12, 2017 Share I have the same problem with my RunX. It's a No No for a clip on. Expensive exercise if you don't have a tow bar and you want a bike rack. Anine
