Just want to say if you're looking for a dropper with a low budget and you want to buy new buy a Lyne dropper. I'm no dofie when it comes to bikes I've learnt how to strip, service and reassemble just about every part that said Lyne has outdone themselves with this product. Firstly the quality - it looks and feels like any high-end dropper, then there is the installation- it practically installs its self (we lost the instructions) but really easy all you need is Allen keys and a sharp side cutter and then lastly the way it moves- butter smoooooooooooooth! Lastly Lynes service top notch my buddy ordered and two days later ding dong special delivery! That been said I'll be selling my reverb stealth shortly and getting one of these!

Been recommended many times on the hub regarding quality of Lyne dropper post and service... just do a hub search.

but it is always positive for Lynne to get the ++ feedback

I'll repeat myself, also, very happy with mine... Love it, as for the practically installs itself comment, well, you need to be technically minded to install it, especially when routing the cable through the remote on the handlebar... it needs a bit of patience and small amount of skill...

Is there a contact number for them?

Or mail via the website the only way of communication?

Thanx.

If you email them they will get back to you chop chop..

As a direct to the public distribution adding a phone number would seriously confuse matters methinks.

Pity they do the direct to the public thing only, I know of a few bike shops that approached them for distribution rights. Alas.....

I have one too, freekin awesome purchase!

I don't really see that as being a pity. Thanks to that, they're able to keep costs low, very low in comparison to droppers I've checked out in bike shops where you have to compete with the ridiculous costs of equipment in general, further aggravated by the shop needing to add more on to turn a profit.

Personally, I think it's fantastic that there are guys out there selling direct to the public & trying to help out average joes who can't always fork out the big bucks needed in general.

Also, the service from Lyne in general is phenomenal & so far, I've never gotten that kind of treatment from the bike shops I've been in....Whenver I've dealth with Lyne, I've honestly felt like they love what they do & they care about their customer.

Dunno, I'm (and I'm sure there are many other just like me) still old school, and would like to see, touch and inspect a fairly expensive piece of equipment before buying. Especially when it is a new entry to the market.

Not slagging the product, just heard good off them.  Just saying.

Their service via email and online site is GREAT! Ordered a stem and handlebar few weeks back. It was delivered to my office (CT CBD) in person by one of the owners just 2 hours after I've completed my payment. Yes, he was heading into town, BUT really impressed with his & their approach to service. Their products (dropper, stem & handlebar) performs really well and I am very satisfied with the quality.

I had various question about the Dropper, before ordering. The response & guidance I received from the team was great, they even emailed me a image of how the External cable of the dropper could be mounted onto my frame (I didn't even ask for such a detailed response).

Anyway, you won't regret purchasing from them, if you are in the market.
