Malpiet Posted May 10, 2017 Posted May 10, 2017 Kudos to you on this, I commute the same route most days and the worse part of that route is just before the Old Biscuit Mill, coming from Town, where that rustic furniture business is... There is always a Bakkie Parked in the road on the bicycle lane, and tables in the road as well... Well done on this effort on your part though, will log the complaint, soon enough...Coming to think of it on weekends i have the same problem in that stretch, every weekend without fail a Mr Chip bakkie parks in the cycle lane!!
Pure Savage Posted May 10, 2017 Author Posted May 10, 2017 Nice work, will do (Am starting) to do the same for the West Coast Loop. Ref no. 9103393939 Awesome!

And if you‚ like me‚ are a tenant in a vastly overpriced flat with a prepaid meter‚ you’re going to pick up that additional cost‚ not the landlord. This is not okay. Kranswurm Posted May 10, 2017 Posted May 10, 2017 So the DA is slapping a R250 per month wealth tax on all who lives (own or rents) in a property worth 1 million rand or more. Next year it will be R300 per month and will increase substantially every year.WTF for.......I pay rates and taxes according to the valuation on my properties, why must I now pay something else?BS
carbon29er Posted May 10, 2017 Posted May 10, 2017 That same blue bakkie, the Mr Chips van and those Flower Warehouse vans all parked in the bike lane every dayI last rode past Flower Warehouse in business hours about a year ago. I see they haven't changed their habit since then.
Captain Fastbastard Mayhem Posted May 10, 2017 Posted May 10, 2017 WTF for.......I pay rates and taxes according to the valuation on my properties, why must I now pay something else?BSIt's the additional power levy.

Hairy Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 Flip this works I post an issue on twitter and get the typical CT reply of report to whomever, I then copy the Twitter link and use it on the link that was posted by the OP. Posted this one yesterday, and received a phone call a few moments ago asking for final clarification as they are on site and looking for the bollard and pot hole. I am keeping a spreadsheet with the ref. no., brief description and date posted so that I can keep track of Service Requests....see below the ref for the item above 9103393939 P-Island Bollard 2017.05.10

I'll cut the overhanging bushes in return.
