BenReaper Posted September 8, 2017 Posted September 8, 2017 I haven't had much experience with the KTM, but the little I've ridden with a Scarp I really enjoyed the feel of the bike.I really liked the feel and handling of the previous model Scalpel as well ,but personally would not buy one.Having said that between the two I would go for the Cannondale .
