cpelser Posted November 28, 2017 Posted November 28, 2017 I ordered and paid for a 2.4" Onza Ibex on Friday. The payment failed but I got a confirmation sms from my bank that the money had been paid. Nothing since.Still no worries just eventually want to sort it out and hopefully get the tyre at that price. Just make a note of me I'm in no hurry. I also emailed about pricing being different than advertised on the BF catalogue. But that's also just a couple of hundred rand that can be sorted out later. Thanks for great deals and trying your best to sort out everyone's issues.

Other BIG (Hint) Retailer Online store: Ordered on the 22nd, No confirmation ..niks. Phoned them, Phone rings and rings, after 12th attempts get through to be cut off. After another 5 attempts get through to be told that they dont hold the stock and delivery can be between 2-21days. I give it till yesterday and try again. They will make a plan and call me back in an hour, one day later...niks. Try to call again -phone of the online dept just rings. I give up and take out my anger on the IDT. CWC After a bit of sukkel got the order placed-I stuff up and duplicate it. I phone them and they fix it. Order arrives in 3 days and Refund done today. Folks we have very little to complain about compared to what is out there.

While I am sure many others had a wonderful and pleasant experience, having to go through it twice to get a payment done has not pleasant. I will be loath to go through this again.Happened to me as well (3rd time lucky), no biggie. Spend another couple of minutes in the shop to browse and katching done.

But as far as black friday, silver Saturday, nuclear Sunday, and cyber Monday go most retailers have failed. Badly. And it’s not like this was their first rodeo. I appreciate you trying to make a comparison but failure is failure.

I wore out the refresh button on the order page waiting for "Processing" to become "completed" and bamm there it is, 10pm Tuesday evening. So a round of thanks to the late night crew. Hope the coffee shop was pumping out some liquid wake ups to keep you going.

I just popped the number in to www.dawnwing.co.za and get, "Sorry but the waybill cwc108394 does not exist." I presume that it just has not been collected by the courier yet, but just asking in case it my order was not marked to be shipped.

They claim they tried to deliver the one package yesterday but nobody was home, which is nonsense. My mother was in my house all day, and I also checked with the estate security if somebody tried to deliver. My CWC package, they tell me they're delivering on Monday. I don't understand their 'logic'. They'd rather come to my house 3 times now instead of just adding the CWC package to my complaint about the other one.

I had the same thing - the Dawn Wing excuse was "too many deliveries" which I guess is semi plausible. It arrived the next day.
