had a similar issue, called into the store and the confirmed the order was successful .... obviously huge volumes / activity on-line....was also a bit worried at first.

I did mail you guys with the issue but was for a derailleur and chain as attached in the image 

Money did come off credit card though. But will await your guys' response.
